On Saturday November 21 between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM PST (that’s tonight) our data center will be performing some emergency network maintenance which might cause service disruption for the Sprout Builder application for 10-15 minutes. If all goes well, however, no disruption should be noticed. The delivery of published sprouts will not be affected.

Potential brief Sprout Builder service disruption
Friday, November 20th, 2009Sprouts load faster.
Thursday, September 24th, 2009
In the 2.4 release we made a number of improvements to the sprout loading process which speed things up for all sprouts. However, an additional benefit is obtained by sprouts that are published after the 2.4 release (late night, Pacific time, on September 20). So for older sprouts we encourage you to simply login and republish your sprout to upgrade it.
Please leave a comment if you notice the difference.
Maintenance Thursday night
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009Sproutbuilder.com will be undergoing maintenance on Thursday night from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am Pacific Daylight Time. The application will be completely unavailable during this time. Please save your work prior to this time.
Existing published sprouts, however, will not be interrupted.

Power System Failure
Thursday, September 3rd, 2009Due to an apparent power system failure at our primary data center, SoftLayer, the Sprout Builder application went offline. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to users working with the application at the time. All servers and the application are back up now. Note that published sprouts did not experience any outage, only access to the builder application was affected.
